SUMMARY:

- Drakoes Hecatolite (moonstone dragons) are a rare breed, hatching his egg was a years-long process that almost went to hell because it's so delicate and complex.
- Da-Lua means 'of the moon' in Portuguese. He was given this name to celebrate the successful hatch and revival of his breed.
- For that reason, the Bennets wanted to make sure Da-Lua would be gifted to one of their own. For years they've tried to find a match for Da-Lua from the moment he matured, but his personality and knowledge of his own value and rarity have made him a very difficult belua to deal with. He's been passed down from one family member to another, and whoever thinks they're special for receiving a moonstone dragon quickly comes to regret it.
- Alas, he is indeed very valuable and very rare, so he gets away with a lot of shit practically no other belua would. His behavior is selfish and spoiled, he uses honesty as an excuse to be offensive and dismissive.
- He has recently been given to Kieran, one of the younger members of the Bennet family, and their relationship has been tumultuous. Da-Lua has become considerably more tame ever since, however, and their bond has been (very, very) slowly growing. Haters will say Da-Lua even likes Kieran.

CALLING:

- He wants freedom — freedom to roam, freedom to do whatever the hell he wants.
- He wants to know what it's like to be a true dragon™. He belongs to a family that has bred various breeds of dragons for generations, and so they've been domesticated to a point where they'd have trouble surviving in the wild.

VALUES:

He values doing whatever the fuck you want. Luxury, decadence, debauchery, he believes he has the right to enjoy every indulgence, no matter where or who it comes from. He has no patience for anything less than honesty, he believes in consequences for thee but not for him. He knows he's rare, he knows his birth was a celebrated event, he knows he's a prized possession, and so he carries himself in that way.

FLAWS:

- Spoiled rotten.
- Brutally honest, rude, overbearing.
- His ego is gigantic and it is obnoxious.
- Selfish and self-centered, only cares about what affects him personally and thinks he deserves anything he wants to take.
- Violent if he needs to be, fights dirty.

FEARS:

- Being imprisoned. He will panic and lash out and do everything to escape.
- Being completely depowered and/or being cursed to be fully human forever. He is proud of his identity and status as non-human, as a dragon, and it would affect his inflated ego.
- Humiliation, being overpowered. This also ties in to his ego; it means he's not worth his identity as a giant and intimidating beast.
- Feeling small, weak. Losing his status.

BONDS:

THE BENNETS — The family that breeds, owns and sells dragons of various kinds. They're the ones who finally managed to hatch a moonstone dragon egg successfully.
KIERAN BENNET — The latest Dono he's been attributed to. A twink and a pushover until he finds the courage in him to start bossing his dragon around. Their bond is not yet complete, as they haven't gone through the Sealing ritual yet. Kieran could reject Da-Lua (and vice-versa) at any time.
YEKO — A nine-tailed fox that belongs to a different family and has been evading Donos and Donas for more than a generation now. She's cunning, she's as demanding as Da-Lua is, and she's fun.

The Hydra Dragon has two heads. It represents Da-Lua's desire to be free/wild.

It has the instinct to destroy everything that crosses its path, be it with its teeth, claws, or with fire. It has all of Da-Lua's dragon-form powers and none of his weaknesses. It is the ultimate form of what he considers to be true power.

It can be defeated by being completely imprisoned with no chance of escaping its confinement — and it will do whatever it needs to to try — or when one its heads is severed. If defeated through the latter means, whenever it respawns, it will do so with three heads total. (If it's severed again, it will return with four, and so on.)
